Academic Boot Camp 2016

Cost for BOOT CAMP is $15. Students participating in the Boot Camp will need to bring their own earphones.

Students who do not have an ACT score of 20 or above in English and/or math, and a score of 17 or higher in reading, or a SAT score of 480 or above in the verbal and/or math sections, are required to take the COMPASS placement test after they have submitted their application for general admission to the College.

How it works:

  1. Take the COMPASS placement test.
  2. If your score places you in a course that begins with a zero (ex. English 094, Math 090), consider enrolling in a BOOT CAMP session offered on the dates below to review the skills you have yet to master.
  3. Retake the COMPASS test to improve your score and perhaps place in a higher level class.
