Mu Alpha Theta
Mu Alpha Theta is a national honor society for outstanding community college students. The purpose of Mu Alpha Theta is to promote scholarship in and enjoyment and understanding of mathematics among students.
Active membership may be conferred upon students who take Precalculus Algebra (MTH 112) or higher, achieve a 3.5 GPA or above in all mathematics courses, and have an overall 3.0 GPA or higher. Students who were Mu Alpha Theta members in high school are eligible for membership in the SUSCC chapter. For more information about membership in Mu Alpha Theta, contact Paige Feibelman.
