mySUSCC Portal Information

Login to the Ellucian Experience (mySUSCC) portal with your ANumber@alabama.edu credentials in order to access all your self-service portal information: 

Student Portal (Ellucian Experience):

User ID: SU email (include the @alabama.edu)
Password: Password set up during the claim process

To reset your own password for Ellucian Experience, Canvas, mySUSCC, or Email, please see below:  

  1. Go to the following page (password.alabama.edu)
     
  2. Enter your A Number and click Go
     

  3. Click "Forgot Your Password?"

  4. A Code will then be emailed to your personal email address. After entering this code, you will then be able to create a new password.

  5. This new password will work in Canvas, Email, mySUSCC, and Ellucian Experience.
