Applying for your Spring 2025 Degree? Follow these steps:

1. Visit your mySUSCC (Ellucian Experience) page

2. Click "Student Landing Page"

3. Under Student Records, click "Graduation Application"

If you meet the requirements to receive your degree, you will be able to access and complete the application.

If you feel you meet the requirements for your degree, but cannot access the application, please contact your advisor.  


The Deadline to apply for Spring 2025 degrees is March 28, 2025.  Missing the deadline may affect the cost of your printed diploma.  

Form to Participate in the 2025 Commencement Ceremony 

The deadline to participate in the Commencement Ceremony is March 28, 2025. To complete the commencement ceremony participation form, you must click the button below.  To participate in the Commencement Ceremony, you must have completed the Degree Application too (this is not the same as the commencement particpation form).

Ordering Your Cap and Gown - 

Students are responsible for ordering their own graduation regalia (cap, gown, and tassels.) You must wear the regalia preapproved by the College. Online ordering for Cap and Gowns begins February 3 and ends March 28, 2025.  The link to for online ordering is - https://oakhallcg.com/pages/suscc. 

In-store purchases of regalia may be available after the online ordering deadline ends, but it is not guaranteed, so order your regalia online as soon as possible.  Contact the Bookstore on your campus for more information.
