ASCEND is a (non-credit) program, at no cost to the participant, that prepares people to enter the workforce making them a "preferred candidate" with our industry partners. This program can help improve your skills, making you a preferred candidate for full-time employment in a long-term career.

Completion of our ASCEND program prepares you for a career in advanced manufacturing facilities committed to hiring highly skilled workers and providing a desirable work environment. This program is also designed to be flexible to best accommodate personal work schedules.
