Official Transcript Request:
Southern Union State Community College has partnered with Parchment to accept online transcript request orders. Current students, former students, and alumni are now able to order their official transcripts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Transcripts can be sent electronically or by mail, depending on the receiving institution or destination. The first transcript through the Parchment system is free (a minimal fee of $5.00). Payment will be made through Parchment’s website using a credit or debit card at the time of order.
Official transcripts are available through the MySUSCC Portal. Current students (active students) will be able to conveniently order, send and track transcript orders directly through the MySUSCC student portal.
Current student steps for ordering an official transcript:
- Log into your MySUSCC account (with your student email address and password)
- Select the "Student" Tab
- Select "Student Landing Page"
- Under "Student Records", select "Transcript- Order Official Request"
- Select "Begin Order" and follow the instructions on the screen.
Unofficial transcripts are also available through the MySUSCC portal for current students. In order to obtain an unofficial transcript, please select that option after selecting Student Records.
No SUSCC student number, email, or password is required. This option is for former students who have not been enrolled for 12 or more months.
