The Troy Presidential Transfer Scholarship is awarded to a Southern Union student transferring to Troy University.
Troy Presidential Scholarship
Application deadline is Thursday, May 30 at 4:30 pm CST.
Award: $12,000 annually for 2 years
Requirements:
- Must be an Alabama resident.
- Must have 45 hours of transferable academic credit within the Alabama Community College System.
- Must have a minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Submit an essay with the topic: "What was your experience while attending Southern Union and what are your career goals?"
- Submit a transcript verifying the required number of transferable credits and GPA.
Students who meet the minimum requirements will be scheduled to interview virtually around the first week in June.
