The Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) is a commissioning program designed to allow college students to train to become Air Force or Space Force officers while completing their undergraduate degree.  The AFROTC program is designed to prepare men and women to assume positions of increasing responsibility and importance in the Air and Space Forces.

To enroll in AFROTC classes with Detachment 005 at Auburn University while attending Southern Union State Community College, you must be a full-time student, taking at least 12 credit hours per semester.  


MINIMUM P2P AFROTC APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Students meeting the following requirements may apply to participate in P2P AFROTC.

  1. Conditional admission to Southern Union State Community College (SUSCC).
