Ellucian Experience will replace the old mySUSCC Student Web Portal sometime soon. Ellucian Experience is a Banner portal that allows you access to student registration functions and other student resources through a customizable dashboard.
To login you will need to use your new alabama.edu account and password set up during the claim process.

If you have claimed your account and still cannot login to the new Canvas site you can use the "Forgot Your Password" option. A password reset code will be sent to the personal email address you have listed in the mySUSCC student portal.
To reset your own password for Ellucian Experience, Canvas, mySUSCC, or Email, please see below:
- Go to the following page (password.alabama.edu)

Enter your A Number and click Go

Click "Forgot Your Password?"

A Code will then be emailed to your personal email address. After entering this code, you will then be able to create a new password.

This new password will work in Canvas, Email, mySUSCC, and Ellucian Experience.
Microsoft Authenticator App
You will be required to use the Microsoft Authenticator App to access your email. The easiest way to do this is to use your smart phone and a computer. To set up, download the Microsoft Authenticator App from your app store. When you are prompted during the email login process to set up Authenticator, open the App and follow the prompts. During the set up you will be prompted to scan a QR code using the App.
